Sizing note: The X3 Ultra is designed for riders 160–190cm tall. Under 160cm you may find the seat height a stretch; over 190cm the riding position may feel slightly compact. Seat is adjustable within a range. If you're unsure, text us — we'll tell you honestly.

PAS senses when you're pedalling and multiplies your effort with electric power. The X3 Ultra has 3 levels you switch between on the LCD. PAS 1 is eco (maximum range), PAS 2 is balanced, PAS 3 is sport (full power). Pure electric gives 55km range; combining PAS with pedalling extends that to around 80km total. Throttle mode is also available for pure electric riding without pedalling.
Choose X3 Ultra if you want premium components (Shimano 7-speed gears, PAS efficiency, brushless motor) and 55km range covers your daily ride. It's lighter at 42kg and $200 cheaper. Choose X29 if you regularly ride 60km+ in a day and need the dual battery 90km range. Both are EN15194 certified, ship from Sydney, and carry the same 12-month Aussie warranty.
The LCD shows real-time speed, distance travelled, trip meter, battery level, and current PAS level. From the screen you can change PAS level (0–3), enable cruise control, toggle throttle mode, adjust speed settings, and control the high beam light. You can also switch between road mode (25km/h) and private property mode (50km/h, 1000W).
Yes — supplied in a 25km/h pedal-assist configuration in line with EN15194 operation, with 250W continuous rated power. EN15194 compliance identification sticker is pre-applied to the frame. UL2849 certified electrical system with REAS-aligned battery sticker. Regulations vary slightly by state — check your state's rules link. Higher performance settings are for private property use only.
The X3 Ultra is designed for riders 160–190cm tall. Seat height is 90cm from the ground. Maximum total load capacity is 150kg (rider + passenger + cargo). Bike weighs 42kg. If you're under 160cm or over 190cm, text us before ordering.
The 48V 18.2Ah battery takes 6–8 hours to fully charge from a standard Australian power point. Full charge gives 55km pure electric range, up to 80km when riding with PAS active. The battery is IP54 rated, splash and weather resistant for riding in light rain. Do not submerge or pressure-wash.
Yes — the X3 Ultra uses standard bicycle components including Shimano 7-speed gearing, the most widely serviced drivetrain in Australia. Any local bike shop can service the brakes, tyres, gearing and drivetrain. You're not locked into using us for repairs. Parts widely available.
